WHITESBURG, Ky. — Police in Letcher County arrested a man for breaking into a truck and ended up also charging him in a package theft case. Whitesburg Police were called Saturday night from a man caught someone breaking into his truck, which was parked on Main Street. Police reviewed video footage from city hall and saw the suspect run into the basement of an abandoned building.
