McKinneyPRESTONSBURG, Ky. — After a judge reduced his bond following a court hearing on Monday, the man accused of killing Amber Spradlin has been unable to produce the new bond and his attorney is asking for another reduction. M.K. McKinney is charged with the murder of Spradlin, who was found stabbed to death in the home of his father, Michael McKinney, on June 18, 2023. Kentucky State Police was called to a home on Marrowbone Creek, where the bike was stolen. An Apple Air Tag had been placed on the bike, and it showed that it was at a home on Wallace Road. When police arrived, they couldn’t find it, but the victim called back to say it was now being shown to be moving up and down Marrowbone Creek Road. Martin County man charged with assault, unlawful imprisonment

Dwayne CollinsPILGRIM, Ky. — A Martin County man was arrested on felony charges of assault and unlawful imprisonment related to spousal abuse. A 911 call was made from a home on Frog Pond Road, near Pilgrim, on Saturday, by a woman reporting a domestic dispute, saying that there was blood everywhere inside the home. When police arrived at the residence, both were gone, but officers observed blood, beer cans and clutter scattered throughout the home.
