PRESTONSBURG, Ky. — Mountain Comprehensive Care’s former chief financial officer has sued the company, claiming she was subjected to a hostile work environment after she refused to falsify billing codes. Rebeckah Hall, a 26-year employee of the organization, filed a complaint Jan. 23, in Floyd Circuit Court, against Mountain Comprehensive Care and its subsidiary, Mountain Plus Services. The Martin County Lady Cardinals picked up a hard-fought 59-55 road win over the Pike Central Lady Hawks on Tuesday night. Martin County had three players finish in double figures, led by a dominant performance from Makenna Marcum. Marcum recorded 24 points and 17 rebounds, controlling the paint on both ends of the floor.
